Requirements
What we're looking for
- Technical training: Higher Level Vocational Training or Technical Engineering in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or similar.
- Consolidated previous experience (minimum 3-5 years) in field SAT positions or electromechanical maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Languages: Portuguese and Spanish
- Full availability to travel and move around Portugal on a regular basis.

The role
At Fritz&Muller, we are working for a leading company in technical solutions for the industrial sector, searching for an SAT Area Manager in Portugal.
Location: Porto-Lisbon axis
The selected person will be responsible for leading the management of technical service, preventive and corrective maintenance, and industrial customer service throughout the Portuguese territory. Reporting to the technical management and supported by the operational plant.
Main functions:
What you'll do
- Manage, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance interventions at industrial customer facilities in Portugal.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in industrial machinery, proposing effective and immediate technical solutions.
- Coordinate the commissioning, installation, and adjustment of new equipment at the end customer.
- Act as the direct technical interlocutor with the customer, ensuring maximum service quality and post-sales loyalty in the assigned area.
- Manage the stock of spare parts, consumables, and tools necessary to guarantee service continuity in the region.
- Prepare technical intervention reports.
