German Ad Creative Video Editor/Cutter

✅ Proven experience as a Video Editor (Mid-Level or Senior), ideally in a performance-oriented agency or a fast-paced creative team

✅ Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, as well as experience with Runway, Gemini, or other AI-powered tools

✅ Deep understanding of UGC-style ads, direct-response storytelling, and platform-specific formats for Meta & TikTok

✅ Strength in building hooks, retention structures, and using motion graphics to increase performance

✅ Ability to translate briefings into impactful video concepts with clear messaging and measurable goals

✅ Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable — you work confidently under time pressure and bring projects to completion independently

✅ You love teamwork and constructive feedback to continuously improve every edit

✅ Fluent in German & English

You take our strategy and turn it into emotionally gripping videos – with strong hooks, fluid storytelling, and a clever rhythm that keeps viewers engaged and drives conversions. You will work closely with our Creative Strategists, Graphic Designers, and Performance Marketers to produce videos that not only look cinematic – but deliver measurable results.
