Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years in Application Support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting.
Strong Shell and Python scripting abilities.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
Proven experience with Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with a strong SRE mindset to ensure the stability and performance of our critical applications. You'll blend strong technical support with DevOps principles, focusing on proactive reliability and automation.

Provide senior-level technical and functional support for complex applications.
Lead incident resolution and in-depth root cause analysis.
Develop Shell and Python scripts for automation and efficiency.
Apply DevOps best practices to improve system reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
