• Contribute to the implementation within their team of the global strategy defined by their Management

• Ensure human resources management in connection with the HR Department

• A fluent/native level of spoken and written French
• Knowledge of activity management (steering)
• An ability for organization, rigor, collaborative work, reactivity, and adaptation to change
• Support and challenge skill development in a pedagogical manner
