• Management of datacenter and physical infrastructure (racks, power, cooling, security);

• Ensuring availability and performance of LAN/WAN networks;

• Administration of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems (SAN/NAS);

• Definition of backup and disaster recovery strategies;

• Ensuring operational security (firewalls, IDS/IPS);

• Leadership and development of the technical team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement:

• Monitoring of services, managing incidents and changes (ITIL):

• Identification of opportunities for optimization and technological innovation.

We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the management, availability, and evolution of the datacenter infrastructure, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and continuity of technological services. They will play a central role in the administration of network, virtualization, storage, and backup platforms, leading technical teams and promoting the implementation of operational best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation, in order to ensure high-availability environments aligned with defined service levels.

• Strong technical knowledge in various areas such as Networking (Cisco, Fortinet or similar), Virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V), Storage (Dell, Huawey, SAN Switching), Backup (Dell, Avamar and Veeam) and Operating Systems (Linux/Windows Server);

• Solid knowledge in networks, virtualization, storage, backup and operating systems;

• Experience in complex and high-availability environments;

• Familiarity with ITIL and focus on SLAs.
