• Ensure the existence of merchandise in the store for the day's replenishment
• Monitor and implement best practices, driving their daily application by all employees
• Resolve daily incidents/problems and unforeseen absences
• Ensure the maintenance of campaigns and top displays, according to what is defined in the Daily GA
• Ensure that employees know the replenishment standard and daily ensure that each employee knows the tasks to be performed during the day
• Transmit relevant information about their employees to the RMs
• Actively listen to customers, collecting important information for the improvement of customer service through the implementation of best practices.
• Ensure the collection of D+N and support employees in the operational handling of out-of-stocks, whenever necessary
• Know, comply with, and enforce all environmental procedures and instructions
• Update the Operational Board (dynamic) during replenishment, incorporating your decisions based on operational observations. Provide status updates in front of the Board where you communicate the day's priorities to the team
• Ensure the correct separation of waste and minimize operator movement. Collect empty pallets from replenishment and pallets with boxes for return to the warehouse
• Comply with other responsibilities that may be clearly identified and are necessary for the pursuit of the Organization's objectives.
