We are looking for a Purchasing & Stock Assistant to join the team.

The person will be responsible for:

• Manage the stock of consumables/materials (minimum stock control);

• Maintain the organization of the material storage areas;

• Digitally register orders, receive and inspect them;

• Receive, validate and correct internal stock replenishment orders;

• Regularly prepare market inquiries;

• Perform the inventory of all assets and supplies of the Clinic in accordance with the rules in force;

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers;

• Perform supplier follow-up and participate in their evaluation;

• Perform the inventory of all assets and supplies of the Clinic.

• Educational qualifications at the 12th Grade level;

• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and the SAP software application;

• Experience in a similar role (preferred);

• High organizational capacity, practical spirit and problem-solving skills;

• Availability to work on Saturdays.
